Nov 25, 2025 – Developers are completing requests from Township for site plan details. It is anticipated that foundation and build will start this fall/winter.

General Information of Development
The current building will be removed and 53 apartment units will be built along with Trinity United church facility (on the lower level of the building).
This is an exciting time for Elmira, as this project offers much needed apartments to our community located in the downtown in close proximity, close to stores and transit.
Trinity United Church will have a church facility on the lower level of this building, and we look forward to providing a facility that is open to the community and follows our mission of living, learning and loving in Christ’s teaching.

Current History
In spring of 2023, the size of the development was increased from 40 units to 53 units of Studio, 1 & 2 & 3 bedroom units.
Zoning approval from Woolwich Township allows a 6 story building with 5 floors of apartments, along with church space, and 6th floor roof plan with recreation amenities and solar panels.
Trinity Development Update
Sept 2, 2025
The manse is being demolished starting Sept 2, 2025. We expect the church to begin demolition by next week.
As the demolition occurs and during the building process, we will be posting photos on our website, facebook, instagram and in the weekly announcements. It is an exciting time, and we would like everyone to be able to follow along in our progress.
The list is getting longer for persons who desire to reside in this building, and these communications are essential in keeping everyone updated. This list is being kept on behalf of the developer who decides on rentals.
We continue on our journey, but the excitement builds as we watch the efforts of so many come to fruition.
As we move forward on construction, we are hoping to see completion spring 2027 at the latest.
